Just received prom message indicating a "Advanced Beta Fees $500 credit"; when I click on the link it says I'm not eligible. Anyone else get this? Why did they send it if not eligible?

I got it as a banner on my selling page, but I'm "not eligible" either, presumably because I never got it on an email.

Then keep your stupid promo banner off my selling page.
