I am new, selling personal items but want to move commercial sales.
I have a book listed, the ad does not show up on my phone. Using the sort option selecting low cost first I get many items higher priced than mine.
What tool or how do I get my ad to appear for those using a cell phone?

On the right side when I view this page, don't know what you can see on your phone, is a list of selling tools. Maybe something there can be of help. Like I said, there are fees involved to promote and get better visibility and with only ten current listings those fees might not pan out. Unless you are doing a search by price point, you will be seeing the newest listings and promoted/sponsored listings first. Without using the last two, as the listing(s) age, they move down the page when just doing a search, so your items can be under higher priced or newer listings. Having a store might help, but unless you really plan on growing the number of listings, might not be a good plan at this point.

You don't set the ranking of listings, eBay does, if that is what you are asking. When I click on view listings, I see 10. There are some tools that can help move them up, but with the number of items you currently have listed and price point, you may not want to pay the extra fees.

Thanks, I thought there was a fee or a tool that could be used to get an item seen when a buyer uses their phone to view products.
thanks again

The aging and moving down helps me understand. I’ll check out your link as well for tools.
you were right, I was doing a price search and I understand the basic promoted tool. But I could not see my item but was looking at items priced above mine even after I saw the promoted items.
on the phone I don’t think I see a complete list of items it’s somehow abbreviated I think. Leading me to believe there might be a way to insure an item was listed and viewable for phone users.
thx again for you time and effort in helping me.
