I don't understand what's going on ..a customer was very happy thankful I talk I communicated the whole way they know my return policy told me they understood I don't do returns clearly says they got the item didn't complain . They said can see clesrly has gold crystals but small then say they don't see anything not legit got rude went off for hostile with me demanding refund because what someone informed I gave to them on time I spent my money to get them the item .I was very polite .they started calling me names like fraud whatever else .wants Ms to be fair with them so my grade was 25 I spent and my item back ..fair as possible but they dont wsnt to cooperate demanding they will get their refunds this isnt right at all..I believe others agree

You need to go read the Money Back and understand if buyer opens a not as described, eBay's policy overrides any you might have.

On Ebay, if they use the MBG, anything is returnable.
The MBG overrules your no returns.
If they go to their credit card, they'll get their money back, keep the item and there's nothing you can do about it.

Sorry to hear this.
It was a big sale.
If buyer does item not as described you have to refund buyer.
Buyer is not a first time buyer so they have been "around the block" quite a few times.
The description of the rock was somewhat vague "gold nugget". I might not have used those words.
And leaving feedback before buyer does for an expensive item... I would have waited for buyer to leave feedback first.
Make sure you do the refund or buyer can escalate it where buyer gets a refund plus gets to keep the item.

Actually I don't agree and I will tell you why. You "think" because you don't offer returns that Buyers will be happy with everything they buy from you but that is not reality. eBay has several return reasons that will bypass that No returns accepted setting and force you to pay for a return shipping label and refund when you get the item back. If you decline the return then the Buyer can have the claim closed in their favor, get their money back from your account and then you get a defect on your Seller metrics for not resolving an issue.
The Buyer may not know about the reasons mentioned above for returns but most likely will learn about them.
You should consider offering 30 day free returns to give you the most flexibility on the return process and the most protection for Sellers eBay offers: Seller protections | eBay
While I DO think the No returns accepted has its place (like for the two Gradings levels on eBay's system for Junk Value - parts only and Restoration required) I do not think it should be used as a general return setting for all merchandise.
If the Buyer files a charge back dispute with their Credit card company and win then they will get their money back from your account plus you will pay $ 20 for losing the dispute and not get the item back.

Listen you read it wrong whoever else going to reply all wrong clear is day have no idea what I'm referring to ...I specifically said anyone would agree if you do business right way with someone everything is as described everything is the same nothing different I did not switch up no items gave the customers exactly what they paid for . Your not going to chip break my item piece off be cool with it then try send back get entire refund I'ma charge you exactly what it cost for me to take my time my effort my money to get you that item .I'ma charge you exactly what it cost I'm being nice enough and cooperated done everything as expected from eBay..I followed their guidelines.the person knows I can't get around right now due to my car don't even stay near by a post office stuff not free now days it cost money to get around it cost money to get envelope to put the gold nugget in. Not free ..I'm being completely fair they want full refund they can have every single dollar back but 20 or 25$ even if cost me 25$ I'm cool with loosing out on 5$ everybody should be happy in situation....not my fault customer happy and then hears some voice or someone telling him different about the item have no right to be rude come at someone sideways demand a full refund ..that's against ebay guidelines nobody should ever reach out ina response with name calling and talking down on the item that they purchased that was exactly as described and arrived on time.and start demanding things .suppose to be acting like adults and talk about situation which is exactly what I did..I showed proof online my stuff legit the customer is going off what someone said to him....definitely fair in my eyes

I don't need to read or open anything ..I did my research on eBay why item was exactly the same in picture it's exactly as described and was on time and costed me to go get it shipped out .they are lying and trying tobget over if they say its not as describe when it is...that's not why they even trying to refund they just do that put that make it look like others are in the wrong when they really not .my stuff is authentic it's real..what about your items?

Yes, I completely understand that YOU are being as honest and straight forward as you can be. But sadly not all Buyers are like that. We have been scammed too. While we do NOT want to see anyone fail here sometimes it is hard to avoid if the Buyer is dishonest. Our advice is to help you the best way possible. I have used FREE 30 day returns for years and have a low return rate. I have only had to use the full benefits of eBay's Seller Protections on a few occasions but was glad they were there to support my efforts.
New Sellers are targets for scammers, they have ways to work the system in their favor. I really and truly hope it works out for you, that first sale was a nice one.

Thank you...like to always say I would never bully you and i wouldn't want you to bully me either .I'm very trustworthy and honest really appreciate your feedback and understanding I want what's best for whoever involved not just myself ..

My understanding of "dose not accept returns" simply means you don't want the item back regardless.
So it becomes an automatic refund with no return.
