i bought a radio from china that is was supposed to be compatible with my car.... the seller insured me that is was... the radio will not work in my car. I need to snd it back. The seller needs to make me a prepaid sticker so I can send it back to him in china. he says he cannot do that. I need ebay to step in and make me a postage sticker
A Chinese seller is unable to send you a prepaid return label. If you open an item not as described case, he will, however, be required to reimburse you in advance for the return shipping cost.
You need to go to your Purchase History and click the big, blue 'Return this item' button to your right. Click on the appropriate reason ('Doesn't match description or photos', if the seller told you it would work) and open a claim. You'll be made whole. Good luck.
