Item was damaged in transit. Buyer wants to return how do I go about this.  I think it can be fixed so do I ask buyer to return item. Who is responsible for the shipping fees?

The buyer would need to start a return for not as described, you as the seller would be paying return shipping.

The seller is always responsible for return shipping on any damaged item received by the buyer or any other Item Not As Described type return reason filed by a buyer.
