What do you do when an item has sold and buyer isn't responding to request to arrange meeting for delivery
Item was damaged in transit. Buyer wants to return how do I go about this. I think it can be fixed so do I ask buyer to return item. Who is responsible for the shipping fees?
Buyer wants to return item due to damage in delivery. Does seller, me, also have to return the shipping fees or just the purchase price. Does the seller request the item be returned? Does USPS bear any responsibility?
