Your seller pushed you off to eBay, hoping to avoid a full refund. Don't talk to your seller anymore, and don't get into off-topic, non-productive conversations with eBay.
Instead @1fusionv6 contact your card issuer, and file a "Credit Not Processed" chargeback, to get the remainder of your refund.
