returning package

I'm a seller I already ship the package but after 3 days the buyer got a refund how do I get my things back?

You don't. It's all part of eBay's buyer-oriented  preferences. You can open a case to try and get you items back, but eBay always rules in favor of the buyer and will not require the buyer to return them. Here's some "advertising" for the way this works,

Not enough details.  Can't tell if the buyer opened an NAD case or what.

But if they did open an item not as described case, and you failed to respond, that's the reason you did not get your item back.

Can you return and tell us exactly what happened?

Not with your current ' does not accept returns' stated in your listing.

No returns does not mean no refunds

 You will want to change it to "accepting returns' if you want your items returned to you if a buyer files a refund claim again
