I was shipped an incorrect item (massively incorrect). After first being accused of getting what I ordered the seller agreed to a return and sent me prepaid shipping info for UPS. I immediately sent it but did'nt realize until receiving an email from Ebay that I needed to go back in and attached the tracking number. I just went in there and there is no way to select UPS as the shipper. USPS is the only option. I added the UPS tracking number and now can't seem to do anything. Nothing will progress is Ebay is looking at USPS for tracking of UPS.

If you received the label from Seller, tracking number is available to eBay and Seller. It should show up in a few days, if it doesn't, you need to call eBay and have them load it for you.

Oh, I should add, once you add the tracking number, system will recognize the service provider and you don't need to add the name of the service provider, that will be your only option, UPS, on the scroll down window. There will be no mix-up
Just keep your receipt, that's all you need to do

Just leave a private message for eBay here on Facebook or open an account for just this message with your name, email, and zip code @Anonymous and ask eBay to add it as a UPS return tracking number for you.
