return

I ordered in November 2022 an Ohio State jersey.  When I received it it did not fit my husband so I asked to return it. I got the refund info 11/15/22 from Ebay, but I  was never able to print the label they sent me, so I mailed it back on my own time and money.  In the mean time, I told the seller that I was re-ordering the next size, which I did and paid for it because my hubby wanted it for a particular date and I felt if I waited to mail it then get the return it would be too late.  So I paid for two jerseys and only have one in my possession.  I did follow up with the post office and the first one was delivered to the seller.  I STILL HAVE NOT SEEN A REFUND.  Any suggestions on what to do next?  It was $70 +.  I would still like to have it.....I work hard for my money and I did have the return authorization, just could not get it to print for me so I took the info and printed it and mailed it myself.  I have decided that until I receive the refund I will not buy another thing from EBAY!  Please help me!!!!!  I think 6 months is sufficient time to get a refund!!!!

thanks for listening to my rant!  Fran

I don't think you have any options.

Next time don't take it upon yourself to ship especially if a label is already in the system. You should have worked with customer care to tell you how to print.

Second, it doesn't seem like you updated the return with new tracking. EBay probably thinks you never sent it back.

It's been very long since it was delivered.

You could try charge back, reason: credit not received with financial institution and show them your return was accepted and show them the return tracking and see if they can do anything.

You waited too long to do anything. Not even a credit card chargeback can be done.

The return date is like a field goal , once you've missed it it's too late

MBG gives you 30 days from date of delivery to return an item. If you failed to print the return label and did not upload the tracking into the return request then you are out of luck.

The return case closed. That is it for any recourse on eBay.

Paypal and most credit cards give you 180 days to file a chargeback ..that ship too has sailed. You waited way too long to do anything..sorry.

Uh yeah after 6 months you won't be getting anything...nothing you can do now.

So guess your buying days on eBay are over...
