I send back wrong item to the seller , but I sent parcel royal mail 2nd class signed for. The item is already received but ebay does not see it.

Offer to pay to have item shipped back to you.

Oh gosh...you understood the wrong English too?

When you received the wrong item and sent it back @pharma_777 but the seller does not refund in the same 2 labor days just like we have here in US

Leave a private message for eBay on Facebook here with your name and so on and give eBay your 2nd class tracking number, to get your refund.

Send the correct item to your seller and if allowed update tracking number on the return case.

Your comment "The item is already received but ebay does not see it".

This is of concern as why you would want eBay to see that wrong item has been delivered to your seller?

Do not escalate the case/ ask eBay to step in.

Message seller advising them that wrong item has been sent / delivered and you have realised this error and have sent the correct item back and advise them of new tracking number and ask if they will be kind enough to send this wrong item back to you and that you will send them a pre paid label to return the item.

Once this is agreed then you can buy a label on Royal mail's website and make sure that all address details shown on this label are correct.
