seller wants me to pay for shipping label after he sent an item that does not fit my car... I cannot get help from ebay anymore ...there is no way of getting anyone live ...telephone or chat from Ebay...very disapointed in Ebay customer service...thinking of limiting my purchases from a place that has no customer service at all...If anyone has any suggestions on how to solve this issue...

On the other hand, if the item was as described, but just didn’t meet expectations or happen to not fit, that’s buyer’s remorse and you are responsible for return shipping if seller has a ‘no returns’ policy.

My kneejerk reaction is that you've opened a Return request, and selected 'Doesn't fit' as the reason for the request?
'Doesn't fit' is a remorse reason and the seller could ask that you pay return shipping for a refund for remorse.
Was it sold and did it arrive as advertised? Did you order in error or did the seller ship in error?
