i did get request for return which i accepted due sending wrong item to buyer , my problem is e bay issued return label which i can not print from anywhere and also not see in my shipping labels , i was going to send right item with printed return label for return, but it is nowhere to be find. I can see label was created but i have no option to print it out, do someone know some trick to this? Thank you David

Have tried deleting your cash, switched to a different browser, installed the PDF reader, or bought a new computer, all of the usual ineffective suggestions?
If so, you should know that only the buyer can see and print the return label; the seller has no access to it. Also, please be aware that you cannot "send right item with printed return label for return" because the return label is addressed to you, not to the buyer.
For now, don't do anything more: Your buyer has the return label that you had eBay issue to the buyer.

I'm with @ma-647837. If you approved a Return, the return postage label has been sent to your buyer, as that is who needs it. You'll need to print a new mailing label to ship the correct item to your buyer, of course... whether that be now or when the mis-shipped item is returned to you. It's all good...

You don't print the return shipping label, it's sent to the buyer, so they can print it.
If you want to send the correct item, you'll have to buy another shipping label.
Remember, when the wrong item is returned, the buyer will be refunded.

Thank you all for help, it work out for me customer send wrong item back and they received right item . all i had to do is contact e bay and they cancel refund since customer get their item and been satisfied . Next time i will not be hasty and finish return with refund first and than resend right item as new transaction . Thank you all David

They can't cancel the refund. Once they return the wrong item, they get the refund.
If they want to receive the correct item, you should relist it and have them rebuy.
