Hello, my return request is open and the item is sent back to the seller's P.O. box. The seller is not responding to my emails and is not picking up the item. The item is available for pickup for 6 days and now the post office is requesting to schedule redelivery as per the tracking instructions. I do not know what that means My question is will eBay step in eventually? My return request is open and delivery confirmation is needed. I do not have an option for eBay to step in at this time. Anyone familiar with this dilemma. Thanks.
