Hello,
I am having a question about the return requests on eBay. Am I obliged to accept the return from a buyer who claims that the item arrived damaged, but refused to apply pictures or more detailed information?

It doesn't matter whether he's telling the truth. If the request claims "not as described," you have to either issue a refund or pay for return shipping before issuing a full refund.
ETA: I don't know how much it is to ship the item back from US to Bulgaria but you're going to pay it if you want the item. IMO, you might consider just refunding.

No buyer is required to send pictures. If he opens a case, accept, provide a return label, and refund after return. Save yourself a lot of grief, and a major defect to your account.

Thyy can send you a selfie or a picture of some false teeth,,,,,it doesn't matter because you are still expected to send a return label or refund and let them keep it.

Ok. But the return request was opened 10 days after delivery date. I mean, he received it on 05.September and claimed that the item arrived damaged on 15 September.

They have 30 days from delivery.

Buyers aren't required to fill any requests by the seller or even communicate with the seller.
Accept the return and make sure a prepaid return label is available if you want the item back before refunding.
Or just refund now if the item is not worth it to you to pay the return shipping.

So what? The buyer could have been ill, on vacation, or involved in a family emergency when the item arrived.
Not every buyer has the ability or knowledge to supply photos. Have you asked if they’re able to?
Are you trying to decide whether to provide the prepaid shipping label … or just looking for a reason to decline the request?

30 days from the last estimated delivery date.

My wife has 8-10 packages ranging from 2-40 days since delivery sitting unopened.

For some buyers, eBay requires a photo for a request to continue to be submitted, but agree,................ No buyer is required to send pictures ...........................just at the request of the seller.

How are they on the internet then?
...and if they can't preform a day zero computer skill from more than two decades ago...WHY are they on the internet?

The only time a buyer has to supply a picture is if ebay requires it as part of the return request process. It's not always required and as a seller, you can't just demand it.
