How can i submit a return request on a product i closed the return on sellers behalf

Once a return is closed you cannot open another for same item.

Not sure what you're asking, but if you opened an item not as described case, but then closed it because the seller told you to, that's pretty much it for opening a case with eBay.

You will now need to open a case with Paypal, if that's how you paid, or do a charge back on your credit card.

But please feel free to return and give better details of your problem.

You should never close a return until you get your money back.  Once you close the return it can't  be reopened.  A seller who asks you to close the case is scamming you.  

How did you pay? If you paid through PayPal activate the free return shipping offer  and file a dispute there, or file a chsrgeback with your credit card if you paid that way.
