I earlier made a purchase of an item and initiated a return after I communicated with the seller. Though the seller refused the return but ebay asked me to return the item. I was sent a return label with a tracking number on it. I did print it and take it to the post office. I am trying to add the tracking number on ebay but it keeps telling me that the tracking number is wrong but when I tracked it with the same tracking number on USPS, it showed the item had been delivered. I have been trying to see how I can send ebay a message but I don't have a direct email address or phone number to get them. I will appreciate some helpful info on this issue, thanks.

If a return label was sent to you the tracking number should already be in the system

Just put a digit zero in front of that tracking number @henrduke and add the combined number to your return request on eBay. After that, eBay will now recognize the tracking number they already should have, and show transit and delivery.
Then if it has been more than 2 business days but the seller has not refunded yet, you'll need to ask eBay to step in, to get your refund.

Thank you so much, it worked!
