return completed haven't returned item

It say on my case that seller has 5 days to resolve with return label which he hasn't on Third day line is 25

Now it say return complete and his return address is gone

A return case will close for one of several reasons.

You were given a refund...case closes you get to keep the item.

The case timed out ...no refund no return label. 
The return was a remorse return and the seller denied it...closes return.
