I sent a pack of bubble gum, and it was delivered on the 25th of April. However, today, on the 16th of May, he requested to return it, claiming it was the wrong product. But I sent it exactly according to what he ordered and what I understood from our conversation. What should I do now?

Either refund and let them keep it or accept the return and pay to have it shipped back.

Why is it that I see only ONE sale for you and that's on May 13th and not a pack of gum?
Just wanted to see what special kind of gum someone would buy from Sri Lanka.
BIG BABOOL?

Accept the return & force them to pay the shipping back - since you accept returns, but the buyer pays the return shipping.

Seems like the buyer feels they received the wrong item. If I'm not mistaken, doesn't that mean the buyer can open an NAD case and the SELLER will pay the return shipping?
Am interested in your use of the word "force" in this scenario.
If I were the seller, I'm pretty sure I'd refund and tell that buyer to keep the gum.
