i am still waiting for my refund , eBay closed my case but the seller has not retuned my money , i need to talk to the manager . it seems my emails are going to no where it only gives me run around what is eBay contact number

If case is closed and you have not been refunded.. you are never going to be refunded.
The case was closed in the 'Sellers' favor.
