i bought phone on on eBay the charger did not fit the phone , there was no way i can use the phone without a charger. i returned with phone i have my tracking number and my delivery confirmation. they closed my case without refunding my money .please i need my refund. i need to talk to the manager , i have my evidence of delivery i have been sending email to no avail

Did you upload the tracking information in to the case ? or did you let it time out ?
If it timed out you will need to file an INAD claim via Paypal (if that is how you paid) and upload the tracking number when prompted.
