received item from ebay that I did not order

I randomly received a Ryobi handheld rechargeable vacuum without its battery pack last week. It is not listed in my orders in myebay because I did not order it. Nor did I sell it. I am not a seller. No paperwork or notes inside the package, very lovingly packed with lots of bubble wrap and styrofoam. The outside label is a USPS Media Mail preprinted label with US postage paid from:

"eBay return" and an address in GA

USPS tracking # 9449 0081 0546 5239 3381 91

I did not order, buy or sell this item and have no idea who it really belongs to.

Any suggestions as to how to remedy this situation? Somebody is missing this item somewhere....
