Doesn't matter whether they accept returns or not in this case because they did not send the correct item. Contact the seller was probably a mistake and they will resolve it; if they don't respond or resolve the matter open an item not as described case.

Make sure to claim it was SNAD Significantly Not As Described. That causes the seller to pay return shipping.
