Hi, everybody, I have a problem with return of item.
I bought item from ebay.de, but I received other, than was pictured.
I opened the case, seller accepted the return, I´ve sendet it.
But shipment was was not accepted and returned.
I tried to Ask ebay to step in, but on there is NO button for it.
If I open Return details, I˙m forwarded to ebay.de.
On german version of this page is not button to any action.
I can do NOTHING on this stupid page.
If I go to ebay.com/help, ebay shows this information:
How to ask us to step in
- Find the item in your Purchase History - opens in new window or tab.
- Select See request details (if your item didn’t arrive) or See return details (if you’re trying to return an item).
- Select Ask eBay to step in.
But if I open the Return details I am in deathend street.
Please help me.
