my item said no returns... whats the point if they can still return it? I had ten pictures
i have to pay $40 in shipping now and i had a seller with more money than her in person that i declined because my $600 trumpet would surely get more than $80 but it sold for $80 and they want a refund on a $600 trumpet and ebay will side with them right???
i will Probably cancel my account after this

Do the return and such.
Sometimes the buyer doesn't return the item.
Buyers are not shippers and it's a hassle to return something...buyer has to get a box, tape and has to ship the item and put the tracking in the system.
Buyer sometimes think the seller doesn't know how the return process works.
Buyer might be hoping for eBay to refund and then gets to keep item as your item states 'no returns'...so no need to return it.
Return shipping label not used you can get refunded.

You can refuse returns.
You cannot refuse REFUNDS.
You can allow the buyer to keep the item and dispose of it as they wish.
But you will still be REFUNDING.
Your choices are:
Pay for the return, refund the buyer, relist, resell.
or
Pay for the return, never see the item again.
