hello ebay did not return my money to my card and the sellers is not doing right by me and need help on how to get this resolved and also how to talk to a human about my situation. I been trying for months now and have over 822.00 not returned to me. Do I contact a attorney are how do I get my money back are my product?

@johtur601696   did u open an item not rec'd case and click on the 'ask ebay to step in' button when the seller did not refund you?

You had 30 days after the estimated delivery date to open an item not received case with eBay.  Did you do that?

Did you return to the case 5 days later and ask eBay to step in?

You did not need to speak to anyone.  All you needed to do is outlined above.

If you failed that deadline, Paypal gives you 180 days to open a case.

Or, last option, you can do a chargeback on your credit card.

Why haven't you read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers?

eBay doesn’t take peoples money. If you bought something you bought from a seller. 
With eBays Money Back Guarantee you have 30 days from the last estimated date of delivery to open an Item Not Received case.

If the seller does not respond to the case you can ask eBay to step in, when they do they issue the refund.  

If you allowed time to pass you can try filing a charge back through PayPal if that was your payment method you have 180 days from estimated date of delivery..

Or if you paid by Credit Card you can file a charge back there. Simple

yes I did and no one has responded back to me the return label eBay sent disappeared and ebay and the seller basically stole 822.00

So you actually DID open an INR case? And then returned to the case 4 days later and asked eBay to step in?

And then what happened? What do you mean by saying the return label eBay sent "disappeared"?

Wait you opened a return case for something you didn’t receive? 
Well that’s why the case closed you had nothing to return. 
eBay and seller didn’t steal anything YOU opened the wrong case. 

File a chargeback through PayPal or your credit card then.

I have done all of that and ebay and seller still did not send the product again are return money to my credit card!

If you've been trying for months, it's to late for any help from Ebay.

With Ebay, you only have 30 days.

If you paid through Pay Pal, they give you 180 days to open a case.

Or try your credit card.

An attorney is going to charge you more than $822.oo.   You got great advice here for free.  A good lawyer will tell you the same exact thing that you were told for free here.  

 

Go to paypal and open a case there.  You have 180 days to do. 

 

If you paid with a credit card, call the number on the back of the credit card and explain. 

 

DO ONE AT A TIME.  DO the paypal case first.   If you lose in paypal, then you do the credit card case.  

 

Do NOT communicate with the seller anymore.  Do NOT close the case if the seller asks you to close it.

All they are going to do is charge you for something you can do for free yourself.

That is a silly idea.

 

File with PayPal 1st if you used them. If not, file with your Credit Card company.
