item not recieved

Hello, three days have passed since I sent the request to eBay for the "item not received", how do I contact eBay or what is the process I have to follow? The seller never sent the package, a week passed from the estimated delivery and I sent a request and the three days have passed.

You started an "item not received" on Sat/Sun/Mon

and the 3 business days which had to pass away were Toot/Wet/Thud

so it wasn't Fri yet in Pacifier Time when you posted your question at 11pm eBay time.

But now, it's Friday! so you can go back and click ask eBay to schlep in, select Didn't get my refund (not Didn't get the item @cearellanes as that decision takes longer) to get your refund.

You have to wait 3 full business days so on the 4th day the option to ask ebay to step in should be available.
