The seller says that since it was lost in the Post Office, he is not responsible. Ebay's money back guarantee is supposed to cover this I get no where with the online help It just does the same thing over and over but I get no help from ebay after that. How do I get some help? I ordered this as a guest rather than through my account so it is harder to get help but I have all the information: order # part # etc. That comes in through the ebay response but I need the next step.

Did the seller provide tracking? What does the tracking say.
If you haven't received your item and there is no tracking listed, or the tracking is stalled you can open an INR (Item not received) case.
This is done by going to your purchase history page where it shows the order. However, you can't file an Item Not Recieved case until the day after the expected date.

When you are filing the claim as a guest, it is important that you are not using another ebay ID. Make sure that you are signed out.
