The tracking shows the item is not yet in the hands of USPS.  What do those messages you received say ? Need to know that in order to answer.

Checking that number, a label has been created but not accepted by USPS yet. Did you open a return with the seller through eBay? Anyone trying to help will need more information about this return. You are not contacting eBay, we are buyers and sellers, so can not see your account.

label created 8 days ago; either usps lost the item or it was stolen from your porch if you left it for postman or it's still on it's way and you need to wait another week or so to see if it moves.

At this time, you have technically 'not' shipped anything.
