I purchased a dental implant kit from an e-Bay vendor that USA was displayed on the e-Bay ad. I assumed that the kit was made in China but that it was in the US - not so. It took 6 weeks to get my purchase but by that time I did not need it since I was forced to buy the needed instruments elsewhere. So I filed a return order with eBay. It has been 8 weeks since I mailed my return to China and the USPS tracking says that it is still in Chinese Customs, for the last month. The vendor had sent me $20. as an incentive to keep the kit through PayPal but I returned the item and it cost me $61. to mail it back. In the meantime Paypal closed my return order because it has been 90 days since the original transaction. I have been unable to contact eBay through any means. I have not received my refund and the vendor does not act like he plans to refund my money. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
