Go to My eBay Purchase History. In the order details click on Retutn this item and choose the reason and submit the return request. This opens a case. The seller will have 3 days to respond with a return label or a refund. If they don't, go back to the case and ask eBay for help.

The OP has 7 or 8 title only post, all added on the same day, including one about Grayhound ending package service and them using it, but not often. They are in Sri Lanka, figure that one out.

Yeah. I've gotten into the habit of clicking on their FB score when the posting looks really weird. It gives their location and, as it seems so many times on the strange ones, they are in Sri Lanka I simply ignore them. Not really sure what they think they are accomplishing. Maybe they think they gets points for activity??????

I didn't realize they had nothing to return and they're here with hypothetical questions.
They need to research eBay policies or find their answers on the site map or the Help section.
The boards here are for members that actually need help returning their item.
