Buyer wishes to return items (6)
I shipped them combined, one label, one package, one tracking, one insurance
Buyer requested the return requests by individual item (so individual return IDs)--this could just be how eBay set it up--don't know.
How do I create a combined Return label when I have multiple Return IDs and the dashboard doesn't have an obvious way of doing it that I can find. I'd like to make this as easy as possible for the buyer and at the least extra expense for the seller.
Please help
Thank you

Purchase the label at USPS or PirateShip or wherever you get your postage from.
Save label as JPG, send to buyer, email it or use messages.
I don't think you can send a gif or a pdf...maybe IN the return but I haven't had to do that for a few years, it may have changed.

Hi @kayannegems
Just wanted to add that IF the buyer wanted to return items that had separate Item Numbers ... THEN they needed to file a separate return request for each Item Number or else they risked being refunded only for one item.
You should be okay providing only one shipping label ... but I would first assure the buyer that you intend to refund them for all of the items.
