eBay won’t let me upload return tracking. Customer service please respond now.

eBay sent me a return label days ago. I shipped the item Monday. Delivered today. I have been trying to upload the tracking for days, they system is broken and it won’t let me. Every time I enter the tracking number, it says invalid. Yet, when I check the usps site, it says delivered. Seller won’t refund. If eBay does not help, I have no choice but to file through my cc. This is crazy. eBay step in now.

If eBay sent you the label, they should already have the tracing number. I'd suggest you go to the bottom of this page and request a call back. You click on the Contact Us link at the bottom and then See More in the pop-up. Then you'll see the option to request a call back.

All I get is an automated computer message, no where near the help I need. I tried entering the tracking number in the return section, it said it does not recognize the number. Yet, when i go to the usps site, it said delivered. Hey eBay, here is the tracking number

Sadly that option is no more
