I check before I bay and by the seller fit my car. When I receive the idem and try to install, it is too small. I ask the eBay to return the idem. I have to pay for shipping back to seller. Why? Don't was my fowl. I live neutral Feedback and I explain what happened, eBay remove it. Why? Haw others find out that the seller doing this not from mistake? eBay is wrong! I will stop to use them, I'm going to Amazon from being eBayer for more then 20 years..

Doesnt fit is a remorse return and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Ebay removed your fb because you lost the case.

Lots of buyers in situations like yours do lose their cases.  Why? Because they use "doesn't fit" as their reason for return.  "Doesn't fit" is labeled a remorse return by eBay and should be applied only to clothing.

What you needed to open would have been an "item not as described" case since you were assured that it would fit your vehicle but it didn't.  Since eBay allows only one bite of the apple when returning an item, you now need to do a chargeback on your credit card instead.
