I got sent the wrong pair of shoes by eBay authenticity guarantee & I don’t know where to go to get my correct shoes or if it’s even possible to get them so I just requested a return & a refund.

Items that go through authentication are NOT returnable/refundable. You would have to talk to reps on
Facebook and then find a way to PROVE what you received (hard to do and it will be on you to do it)
