Hey everyone, I need some advice regarding an issue with an eBay return.
I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro through eBay’s International Shipping Program, but instead of the phone, I received just a charger and cable. I immediately opened a case, and eBay provided me with a return label.
However, when I went to ship the item, the carrier refused to accept it because the label says I’m returning an "iPhone 15 Pro," but my package only contains a charger and cable. They also mentioned that they cant accept the package and that customs may reject or seize the package because the contents don’t match the declared item on the return label.
I contacted eBay support, and they escalated my case to a specialized team, saying it would take 24-48 business hours for a response but that was 5 days ago and i havent recieved any email yet. However, I’m worried because eBay has set a return deadline of February 11, and if they don’t provide a solution before then, I might lose my chance for a refund.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? What should I do to ensure I get my refund? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
