Question in the subject, sorry for another one of these questions, but eBay's lack of support, and my lack of experience on returns is giving me issues.
I told the buyer I would pay for a Return shipping label, since I sent them the wrong item. They are being gracious, and could've screwed me so I feel its literally the least I can do...
eBay sent me a message saying per policy they automatically approved the return, so I am not finding any way to interact with the return other than 'Offer Refund' or wait for Buyer To Ship. So, do they have to buy their own return shipping label now, or I have to fully refund them?
