Sent Buyer Wrong Item, They Are Returning, How Do I Send Them A Label?

Question in the subject, 

How do I send a buyer a return shipping label? I don't see an option anywhere. This is extremely frustrating, as this was my fault, and the buyer should not have to pay for the return shipping.

Have the buyer file for a return and tell them to choose the item doesn't match the description.

When they do, accept the return and they can get a shipping label.

They have opened a return for wrong item sent.

Do you know if that reason will get them the return shipping label when I accept the return?

Yes @nojoh-5939 when you click to accept the return for Wrong item sent, 

you'll have the option to send an eBay prepaid return label on the next page.

Sorry, thought that would solve it, but it appears eBay automatically approved it without giving me any options to do anything...

I have a message from eBay, "Per eBay's policy, this return has been automatically approved and we've asked the buyer to send the item back."

So, I have no option to do anything other than 'Offer Refund'...

Since Ebay approved it, they sent the buyer a shipping label so you don't have to do anything but wait for the item to be returned, then refund the buyer.
