Wrong item sent

Purchased "Certain Dri roll on antiperspirent "morning fresh" and received wrong item. Seller was. Item received was not "morning fresh".

If you don't receive a response from the seller by the date shown in the return you can go back into the return request to ask eBay to step in.  I believe the wait is 4 business days.

Hi @genef62 

There is no need to contact customer service.  What you are supposed to do now is go to your open return request and ask eBay to step in.  That’s it.  eBay will do the rest.
