I really don’t know what to do. I sent a very expensive Louis Vuitton bag through the authentication process because it had been purchased by someone. It didn’t pass the authentication, not that it wasn’t real, but they said it had some defects that I hadn’t mentioned. That’s fine. It got sent back to me supposedly. When I opened the box, it was a completely different, fake bag. They requested pictures and I sent pictures to them. The two bags are not even similar. They are now saying that the right bag was returned to me even though it wasn’t. And they say there’s nothing they can do. The bag sold for $1100. It was a beautiful bag and I just want it back. I don’t know what to do at this point. Can eBay be sued? It’s impossible to talk to someone.

I would try contacting customer service on one of ebay's social media sites. I don't know if the ebay Facebook cs reps can help but if can't hurt to try. You can send them a private message explaining the problem and provide your email address.
