Won’t return

Last night I ordered a Samsung galaxy s10 plus but I did not know that the seller was from China, but when I checked out the delivery date said dec 17. After I checked out it’s saying Jan 13, 2022. Was thinking of getting this for Christmas for my mom but that’s a long wait for me so I tried to get him to cancel it, the only thing he asked me was if my address was right, I’ll wait till 6-7 pm today it should be about 9 am over there I’ll keep contacting him but I hope he can refund me. I checked out through pay pal too I read that that’s a better option not sure. Anyways if anyone recommends something please let me know

Its up to the seller if he wants to cancel, otherwise, if you dont receive the item by the estimated delivery date, file an item not received case.

If the seller doesn't cancel the order, which they are not required to, all you can do is wait for the phone to arrive.
