Will refund of a return include the cost of shipping item to me?

Will refund of a return include the cost of shipping item to me? If I buy a baseball card for $10 plus $5 for shipping and the seller accepts returns but return postage is at my cost, will the seller issue me a refund for $10 or $15.  My return postage to seller is only 73 cents with no tracking.

If you've cited a Not as Described reason in your Return claim, you'll be reimbursed the $5. If you cited a Remorse reason, you'll be shorted your $5.

With no tracking, you can't prove the item was returned so you won't get any refund.

@bobcam777 You'll have to rely on your seller to give you a refund when the item arrives back to them. You didn't use tracking so you won't be able to prove it was ever delivered without the seller saying so.
