Hey,
So I'm looking into lowering my return rate but I have many listings and many returns. I'm trying to find out which listing is getting the most returns, is there a way to do that? Is there a report or something that shows which items that sold have the highest return rate?
Thanks

Go to my ebay; hover over PAYMENTS- at drop down click 'REPORTS'
You can run a report for a particular time and for a particular transaction by clicking the 'all transactions'- drop down comes and uncheck everything Except RETURNS.

Thanks, that was very helpful, I was able to sort it alphabetically to see how many returns I was getting for each item.
Would you happen to know if there is a way to compare that to how many of those that were sold to get a return rate percentage for each item?

You'll find 30 day MBG is being your worst enemy.
C C Co. s don't offer protection for second hand electronics. I suggest redirecting new electronic items to manufacturer. Mention appropriate links on your venue. That might deter some returns. Buyer could contact the manufacturer for a brand new replacement.
