I'm really sorry this is happening to you, and it's unfortunate that you waited until the end of your patience to contact the eBay Community.  We are fellow buyers and sellers who volunteer helping fellow members.  We have no access to your account and cannot see anything you've done so far ... but we usually can help members do what they are trying to do IF we understand the details of what has been done so far.

If you just want to divorce yourself from eBay and not bother trying to complete your return ... then I will just wish you well.  None of us care where you choose to shop.  We're only here to help ... not to force any advice on anyone.  Good luck!  🙂
