Hi everyone,
This is my first time selling on eBay, and unfortunately, the device arrived damaged according to the buyer's claim. I’m trying to handle a return, but it’s been the most frustrating experience.
eBay’s shipping service keeps erroring out with the message: "Oops... Something went wrong. No service is available for the selected route and package combination." I even tried UPS, which made me pay to create the label but then informed me it was against their policies for some reason. Other shipping services are ridiculously expensive, costing upwards of 70 euros. I’m just trying to create a shipping label so the customer can return the item. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Is the buyer in a different country then you are?

Yes, the buyer is actually from a different country

Hi @monic-950
Sellers CANNOT provide return shipping labels to a foreign buyer. They only can send the buyer the money to purchase a return label. [That can be done through PayPal.]
