Hello I filed for a return for a countfeit product it is a set of diesel fuel injectors, and was issued a first class USPS label, however the post office wont accpet the package as it is 11 pounds, they told me first class only covers 13 Oz. what can i do , TY in advance.

Look at the shipping label, it should say something about Return Service or something like that.
Those labels are not treated like regular First Class labels.
Tell the PO it's a return label and I think they are good up to 70 pounds.

It's a RETURN SERVICE label, not a first-class package label, and it is good for up to 70 pounds and 118 inches.
That is just a placeholder label. USPS will measure, weigh, and charge the permit holder -- eBay -- the proper postage after it is mailed.
Just drop it in the large blue parcel bin at the post office, @madfrog56. Since eBay, as identified on the label, is a "known shipper," the "don't drop in the bin" rule does not apply.
