Tracking number

I ordered an Xbox one for my grandson for Christmas, when it got to me it was damaged so I filled for a return. eBay approved the return, so I ship the package and provide a tracking number for my refund. But one number in the tracking number is off so it's the wrong tracking details. I can't get eBay to help me change it to the right tracking number. Is there anyway I can do it

If you entered the wrong tracking number for an eBay return, you can usually fix it by editing the entry on the order details page to add the correct number, messaging the seller to inform them of the error, or contacting eBay customer support for help if the system won't allow changes. If you used an eBay-generated label, the correct tracking is often uploaded automatically once delivered; otherwise, manually add the right one. 

What to do now:

1. Go to the Return: Find the specific order in your Purchase History and locate the return request.
2. Edit or Add Tracking:
   • Look for an "Edit" link next to the incorrect tracking number to change it.
   • If you can't edit, you might be able to add the correct tracking number as a second entry, as eBay sometimes shows both.
