I posted Lenovo Legion 5 15.6", Ryzen 5 5600H, GeForce RTX 3050 Ti, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD gaming laptops on Ebay,
Several buyer accounts bought these expensive laptops. When they received these laptops , they all requested to return, reason is they did not need any more or the laptops did not work. Then sent broken old laptop pictures via eBay message. They returned all trash near my areas. All accounts registered are the similar. Return methods are the same. I also contacted the buyers why they returned trash near my area. But they did not answer me. I think they are fraud on Ebay.

Yes you are correct. They are stealing from you.
There is no way to protect yourself on here from this fraud.
The only way is to not sell expensive electronics.
There is no seller protection from this theft.

You have to file police reports in your county, the buyers county and mail fraud cases. Then provide that to eBay when you contest the return, you'd possibly get a courtesy refund that hopefully wouldn't go against your one time courtesy refund.
I try to never sell anything over 500 on here and try not to exceed 300 as much as possible.
The only real protection is becoming top rated so you can deduct 50% off the return, you still lose the item and half the money but it's better than a total loss. It also helps to greatly deter the scammers bc they know you can deduct half, it's massively cutdown on my scam returns almost to none. When someone tries I remind them in the event of fraudulent return reasons, different or altered items I deduct 50% off the return as my top rated seller right too. After that they generally never send anything back.
Sadly Ebays policies allows this and they do it to member after member with account after account. I sell higher end laptops on Facebook marketplace, the returns are not near as simple to scam.

eBay is too unreliable place to sell expensive electronics, I recommend using different sites where there isn't powerful stealing tool called MBG. Only sell expensive stuff on eBay if you are willing to take the risk and donate for example a laptop now and then.

High value items that are easy to flip for cash are an extreme risk to sell here. Never sell an item you can't afford to lose.

@dmlkl2012 as posted by @jahood1984 re top rated seller protection and other good info, it is not necessary to be a TRS for the up to 50% deduction, here is eBay policy>
Sellers who offer free returns and who are not Below Standard are eligible for this protection
If eBay steps in to help at any stage, you'll no longer be able to deduct an amount from the buyer's refund. Learn more about refunding the buyer.

Thanks! I knew it had changed quite a bit but I may have also mixed it up as being top rated gets the additional discount on final value fees. That also required 1 day shipping if I recall correctly, at least when I first went for it some time ago

High value items that are easy to "flip" for cash are a serious risk to sell here. You may want to rething your business model and sell other types of items.
