When a buyer files for a SNAD return request after 30 days from when it was delivered to them (I believe MBG is only 30 days), do you get the option to decline the request?
I know I do, but I accept returns. Wondering what do the sellers who don't accept returns end up seeing.

Yes. They also can decline regular non not as described returns at any time

It doesnt matter if it was within 30 days or not. money back guarantee doesn't have an expiration apparently. this is a return I'm dealing with right now. the buyer even provided pictures of the item extremely damaged and admitted that he received it as described but wants his money back now that he broke it after 32 days from the date of delivery. I'm yet to figure out how this is even fair given he misused returns and should not qualify for money back guarentee

Is it 32 days from the date of delivery or 32 days from the date of sale @jeskel_2123?
