Hello. I have an item that is not working and would like to return it. So I went to the return request page but it is not working. After adding Pictures as requested I press the continue button but nothing happens. Is there another way for me to request a return that I don't know about? I could really use your help. Thank you

If you are within thirty days of receiving that item, try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

I received the hard drive September the 7th And it was not working. I want to return the item but they will not send me a label. They want me to pay out of pocket$370 to return the item because it's an international Postage according to UPS. The people in China do not want to spend that money They want me to send it. Everywhere I go on eBay for assistance is a dead end.

If you are unable to submit the "not as described" return, contact eBay customer service and have the representative start the case for you over the phone.
